My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed that there were only full-size beds instead of queen beds as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there were a few instances of rudeness reported by other guests. The location was convenient, close to the convention center and with easy parking. The dining options were mediocre and pricey, which was a downside, but the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
